Kids classes: develop focus & fitness
Our kids classes are designed to build confidence, improve coordination, and teach respect through the fundamentals of kickboxing. With a focus on fun and safety, children learn valuable life skills alongside martial arts techniques. Join us Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5-6pm.
Adults classes: strength, skill & stress relief
Experience an invigorating full-body workout while mastering effective self-defence techniques. Our adult classes cater to all levels, helping you improve fitness, reduce stress, and achieve new levels of personal strength. Join us Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6-7pm.
